About us

Letterdrop is a YC-backed seed stage startup. We help sales-led companies uncover net new pipeline by automating social selling and giving them unique intent data. We effectively sell pipeline and we’re pretty darn good at it for the right fit companies (Virtuous, PawaPay, Disco, Crossbeam, and many more success stories)

Our AE and I have a repeatable outbound playbook with messaging and talk tracks for cold calling booking 2-3 meetings/200 targeted calls.

You’ll be working closely with me, the CEO and Ryan, our founding AE. You’ll also get to learn from Isaiah, our sales advisor, who is hands down one of the best sellers I’ve met and took Tropic from $200k as first AE to $xxM as CRO.

About you

  • You are an SDR with experience at early stage startups or a high potential recent grad/someone who wants to break into sales early in your career
  • You are high agency
  • You are coachable and low ego
  • You learn quickly and have high slope
  • You are both intelligent and have high EQ
  • You believe in the Letterdrop approach to GTM with social selling

Who is this for?

You are a high-potential seller early in your career who. We have enough of a repeatable outbound process and top-tier coaching. Our founding BDR became an AE in 11 months.

Who is this not a fit for?

  • You can’t work hard right now. If you have big priorities outside of work, this is not the right move.
  • You need a traditional environment and structure.
  • You don’t have the drive and aptitude to learn what it means to be a great seller

If the above make you even more excited, great! If it’s not a fit, that’s cool too; good to get it out of the way early.

What will you do?

  • Prospecting - cold calls, LinkedIn posting and DMs, events, emails. You will have to self-source at least 8 SAOs per month
  • Provide feedback on our automations setup in Clay, Letterdrop, RB2B based on what you’re hearing on the phones
  • Become a public expert in our space to bring leads to you using Letterdrop
  • Build relationships with CMOs, Heads of Demand Gen, and RevOps

Requirements

  • Located or willing to move to New York City
  • Can get familiar with how revenue teams operate fast: Sales, RevOps, Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree
